Archer Hercules Gravity Opeate (アーチャーヘラクレス・グラビティ・オペレート, Āchā Herakuresu Gurabiti Operēto) is a Balance-Type Beyblade released as part of the Burst System as well as the Cho-Z Layer System. As an anime-exclusive Beyblade, it was never released. It debuted in Beyblade Burst Rise as Ichika Kindo's beyblade.

Energy Layer: Archer Hercules

Main article: Energy Layer - Archer Hercules
The motif is of the hero, Hercules. A Stamina-Type Cho-Z Layer in which the large metal bow and arrow placed on the outer circumference moves outward with a high-speed rotation and inward with a low-speed rotation, making it difficult for the rotational force to drop.
— Official Description

Takara Tomy's Archer Hercules is a symmetrical Stamina Type Energy Layer that features two bows on either side of the Layer and a face surrounded by that of a lion's, representing the Layer's namesake; Heracles, a divine hero of Greek mythology. As part of the Cho-Z Layer System, Archer Hercules features metal in its design; in this case, the two bows are lined with metal. The inclusion of metal makes this Layer heavier than most God Layers. Archer Hercules also features a gimmick; the bows can extend outwards, akin to Shadow Orichalcum and Orichalcum.

In theory, due to the centrifugal force of a Beyblade's spin, each bow will extend outward and creates an elliptical shape, increasing the Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) of the Layer and subsequent Stamina potential. When spin speed drops later in battle, the bows retract to create a rounder shape to reduce recoil and improve Defense potential. However, the movement of the bows is minor and does not create a noticeable increase in Outward Weight Distribution (OWD).

Despite this, Archer Hercules' existing Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) and teeth of medium/medium-tall length makes the Layer excel in Stamina Combinations, capable of defeating other top-tier Stamina and Defense Energy Layers. Furthermore, the Layer's shape produces little recoil and the teeth grant Archer Hercules high Burst Resistance.

Like many other Cho-Z Layers, Archer Hercules is unbalanced, which increases Burst risk and drains Stamina. However, these issues can be solved with the use of a Level Chip that fits underneath the Layer.

Forge Disc: Gravity

Main article: Forge Disc - Gravity

Gravity has a thick, octagonal shape and bears designs that resemble steel plates on each of its eight segments. As with all Forge Discs, it has two tabs that protrude from the top and fit in the slots in the Energy Layer. These tabs are marked with a stylized G to identify the Forge Disc.

Gravity was tied with Heavy for the heaviest Forge Disc in the game, making it a solid choice for adding weight to the Beyblade and increasing its Knock-Out Defense. Compared to the rather compact Heavy, Gravity has a larger diameter and more of its weight packed around its perimeter, giving it arguably what was the best Stamina in the game and increasing the mobility of more aggressive Combinations with the Flywheel Effect. However, it has been outclassed by 7 for Stamina. The high spin momentum provided by Gravity's Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) means that the overall Beyblade will not lose much spin upon collision with an opponent, however that means that the force of the impact will instead be absorbed by the Energy Layer, causing it to skip teeth to cope with the shock.

Performance Tip: Opeate

Main article: Performance Tip - Operate

Operate features an adjustable wide ball tip with two modes, Defense and Attack, which are switched by sliding the bottom portion of the tip,

The Attack Mode has the ball tip off-center with the rest of the Beyblade, meant to create erratic and aggressive movements and even make the Beyblade hop, akin to Quake. The hopping gimmick is meant to create Layer-to-Disc contact and Burst the opponent, but while the effect is more prominent than in Quake, it is still inconsistent. Furthermore, the off-center tip means that Operate's Attack Mode is incapable of maintaining a Banking Pattern and will instead move near the Tornado Ridge or stay in the center with very poor Stamina.

The Defense Mode has the ball tip center with the rest of the Beyblade, meant to create a steady spin in the center of the stadium. In theory, the wide ball tip would increase a Beyblade's Defense by having greater surface area and friction, however in practice, Operate's Defense Mode lags behind Defense and even Massive in almost every aspect. On prior ball Performance Tips such as Defense, tabs surrounded the ball to act as brakes by striking against the stadium floor at the cost of Stamina. Due to the lack of tabs, the Defense Mode's Knock-Out Resistance lags behind Massive which also had poor Knock-Out Resistance. This issue is exacerbated by the surface area of the the Defense Mode as it will create a semi-aggressive movement pattern early in battle, bringing a Beyblade closer to the Tornado Ridge. Due to the aforementioned poor Knock-Out Resistance, this will make a Beyblade using Operate's Defense Mode highly susceptible to Knock-Outs.
