This article is about the Armor Tip. For its Performance Tip counterpart, see Performance Tip - Kick.

Kick is an Armor Tip released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System as well as the QuadDrive System. It debuted in western countries with the release of the QuadDrive Starter Pack Vanish Fafnir F7 Tapered-Q Xtend+-Q+Kick-3.

Hasbro's Kick is an Armor Tip version of the Kick Performance Tip. Like all Armor Tips, it can be attached to QuadDrive Performance Tips via two attachment points. When attached to a QuadDrive Performance Tip, it is referred to as the "Plus Mode", essentially replacing the QuadDrive Performance Tip as the main contact point with the stadium floor. The subsequent height becomes similar to that of a SpeedStorm Performance Tip. A QuadDrive Performance Tip with high Burst Resistance, such as Assault-Q, is recommended.

Like other Armor Tips, it bears a resemblance to its Performance Tip counterpart, albeit with its shape modified and gimmick removed. Kick retains the sharp tip and an outer ring around its perimeter, but lacks the stabilization gimmick, due to the removal of the springs. The outer ring is thicker and has a smaller diameter, while the cylindrical shape has been replaced with a conical shape. The sharp tip creates low friction with the stadium floor, resulting in high Stamina comparable to other competitive Hasbro Stamina Performance Tips such as Absorb-S and Eternal-S. However, this low friction between the tip and the stadium floor makes Kick Combinations susceptible to Knock-Outs and thus have poor Knock-Out Resistance.

While Hasbro's Kick Armor Tip has high Stamina properties, it is only compatible with Hasbro Energy Layers, which are heavily outclassed in the current metagame by heavier Takara Tomy Energy Layers.

As such, Hasbro's Kick Armor Tip is recommended for collection purposes only.

Hasbro's Kick Armor Tip features high Stamina, as well as high Burst Resistance when paired with a proper QuadDrive Performance Tip.

As such, Hasbro's Kick Armor Tip is a must have for competitive bladers.

Hasbro's Kick Armor Tip has high Stamina properties, and can be utilized with Energy Layers such as Doomscizor D2 and Yegdrion. However, combinations are susceptible to Bursting when against Attack Combinations.

As such, Hasbro's Kick Armor Tip is not a must have but is instead a welcome addition to a blader's collection.
