The Arrangement System is a capsule-like system used in Beyblade: Metal Masters. It was created by Dr. Ziggurat, due to his knowledge of science and neurology. The Arrangement System enhances a Blader's hidden power and creates a Beyblade to match the Blader as well as increase the Bey's powers to a new limit. The enhanced Bey is shown to have immense power afterwards, enough to beat a left-rotating Bey like Julian's Gravity Destroyer as seen when Damian uses Hades Kerbecs to win in both battles against Julian for the World Championships. According to Jack, the Arrangement System can also somewhat alter the Bladers personality as he states that the system awakened him to the world of art and was seen with Toby’s transformation in Faust.

- It was protrayed by Hikaru Hasama that certain bladers who used the arrangement system could not withstand the immense power experienced afterwords and suffered both phsyical and mental damage, which ended their careers as bladers as a result.
