Heavy (ヘビー, Hebī) is a Assist Blade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Custom Line system. It debuted in Japan with the release of the CX-11 EmperorMight Deck Set on November 1st, 2025.
Description
Heavy is a low 50-height Assist Blade, with an aggressive six-bladed design. It is intended as an upgrade for DranBrave S6-60V, replacing the Slash Assist Blade. At the time of writing, Heavy is the heaviest Assist Blade available, at an average weight of 7.8 grams. The design is best suited for Attack Type Main Blades, such as Brave (Courage) and Blast, as the weight distribution amplifies the contact points, and unlike Assist Blades such as Wheel, Heavy allows the contact points to remain exposed.
A special feature of Heavy is the addition of metal to increase centrifugal force and balance. Prior to the release of Heavy, the heaviest Assist Blade was Wheel, which had an average weight of 7.2 grams. While Wheel was popular due to its heavy weight, its high 80-height round design meant Attack Type Main Blades had reduced Attack potential, but higher lategame Life-After-Death (LAD) rolling. As such, while Wheel is still favorable for Defense and Stamina builds, Heavy is an excellent choice for low-height Attack combinations.
Compared to the initial CG renders, the actual product has two additional small blocky protrusions, creating a Burst risk.
