Eagle Counterattacks is the 45th episode of Beyblade: Metal Fusion. It aired on January 29, 2011 and features the Beyblade, Earth Eagle 145WD.
Plot
Tsubasa battles Ryuga in the second round of Battle Bladers. Although he puts up more of a fight than anyone else up until this point, even being the first to beat his dark move. Ryuga thorughly defeats him. As a result of this battle, Tsubasa is infected with the dark power, but this does not come to light until he joins Team Gan Gan Galaxy in Metal Masters.

- Tsubasa battles Ryuga, but loses.
- Tsubasa also gets affected by the Dark Power, but is later revealed in Beyblade: Metal Masters - Episode 5.
- The Battle Bladers quarter-finals ends.
