It was first released in the February 2017 issue of CoroCoro on January 14th, 2017, and was later released in Volume 6 of the Tankobon on April 28th, 2017.

- Valt and Lui face off in the National Tournament's finals, with both Bladers tying the score at 2 points each.
- Valt recounts the fish jumping out of the ocean in the previous chapter and uses that memory to help him pull off the Aerial Boost.
- When launching into the second battle, Valt lands on his arm after pulling off another Aerial Boost, injuring himself.
- After the second battle, Valt realizes that Valtryek's Layer is cracked.
