"The Battle We Promised!" (誓いの決勝戦!, Chikai no Batoru!; The Promised Battle!) is the fourteenth episode of the Beyblade Burst anime. It first aired on July 4th, 2016 in Japan, and later aired on December 22nd, 2016 in Australia, on January 7th, 2017 in Canada, and on January 14th, 2017 in America.

- Multiple changes are made to the scene where Valt tells Shu that he will forfeit the final match in the episode's localized release:
- Shu grabbing Valt by the shirt is cut.
- Shu feeling pain from his injury is cut.
- The shot where Shu looks back at Valt after feeling pain is modified to remove his hand from covering his shoulder.
- The shot of Valt crying is modified to remove the snot running from his nose and the streams of tears are removed and replaced with two in his eyes. The panned out shot including both Valt and Shu have the tears and snot removed completely.
- In the original, there is a pineapple on the back of Toko's tablet as he and Nika watch the interview. However, this was cut out of the dub.
- The visual of Valt falling back after being knocked over by Xander is removed from the localized release of the episode.
