"Theater of the Abyss! Bel vs. Valt!" (魔界劇場!ベルVSバルト!!, Makai gekijō! Beru VS Baruto!!; Theatre of Hell! Bell vs. Valt!) is the seventh episode of the Beyblade Burst Dynamite Battle anime. It first aired on May 7th, 2021 in Japan.
"Counterattack! Dynamite Bomber!" (逆襲! ダイナマイトボンバー!!, Gyakushū! Dainamaito Bonbā!!) is the eighth episode of the Beyblade Burst Dynamite Battle anime. It first aired on May 14th, 2021 in Japan.
Both episodes later aired as the fourth episode of the Beyblade Burst QuadDrive anime titled "Theater of the Abyss! Bel vs. Valt!" on December 18th, 2021 in America and on February 6th, 2022 in Canada.
Episode Descriptions[]
Part 1: While Bel and Ranzo continue their rivalry, Valt appears and makes his way to the Phantom's Gate to give Bel his toughest challenge yet.
Part 2: Having experienced Valt's strength and learning he's the world champion, Bel demands a rematch for a chance to defeat the greatest Blader around.
Overall: Ranzo swore he would only leave Phantom’s Gate once he’d defeated Bel. Is he ready to leave so soon? Meanwhile, Blading legend Valt Aoi arrives on stage at the Theater of the Abyss to challenge the Dark Prince. Bel might not know it yet, but he’s in for a Battle he’ll never forget!
Plot[]
Part 1[]
The episode begins at Phantom's Gate with Bel and Ranzo battling. Belfyre starts off the battle by charging at Roktavor, in which the latter knocks the former away with Double Winged Cyclone. Belfyre starts using Daring Launch and breaks through Double Winged Cyclone. The Beys go in for one last clash, which results in the both of them bursting. Bel and Ranzo demand Bashara to tell them who burst first, in which he reveals that it was Belfyre. Ranzo is filled with joy by his victory but Bel denies his defeat. The group rewatches Hanna's recording of the battle to see who actually won, but they soon find out that the bursts were not caught on camera. Bel finally accepts that Ranzo had won and immediately remembered that Ranzo said that he wouldn't return to Brazil until he had won. Ranzo states that one burst isn't going to send him home, therefore he would stay until Bel gave up, starting a feud between the two that encourages Bashara to have a battle with them. As the group continues their battles, Jinemon is thrilled to hear Bel having fun. Meanwhile at the airport, Valt has returned to Japan and begins heading to Phantom's Gate.
Three hours have passed and the group is still battling with no plans on stopping. Bored by the ongoing battles, Hanna leaves the mansion. On her way home, Hanna's complaining catches the attention of Valt, who asks if she knew where Phantom's Gate was. After realizing who Valt was, Hanna is surprised and filled with joy after getting the chance to meet him.
Back at Phantom's Gate, Ranzo and Bashara are battling and Bel predicts that Roktavor will win, in which he was correct. After losing, Bel gives Bashara some advice to improve his launch power. The group is soon interrupted by Jinemon, who informs Bel that a new challenger has arrived at the mansion. Valt and Hanna arrive, in which they are immediately greeted by Bel and his "Mega Terror Abyss Bot". Bel uses the robot's "Destruction Punch" move on Valt and Hanna, in which Valt counters the attack, resulting in the robot's projectile hand exploding and covering the two in dust. Annoyed over Bel's prank, Hanna begins poking holes in the robot's foot, sending it flying.
Valt and Hanna enter the mansion and the former challenges the Dark Prince to a battle. Jinemon begins streaming the battle and Free and Lui tune in. The two Bladers examine each other's Beys and begin the battle. Valt and Valtryek begin the battle with Rush Launch and begin knocking Belfyre around. Belfyre begins striking at Valtryek with its Daring Launch until the latter dodges the former's attack. Valtryek begins picking up speed and Valt begins resonating with his Bey. The duo finish the battle by bursting Belfyre with their Brave Sword, giving the victory to Valt. After being defeated by Valt, Bel begins taking a liking to him.
Part 2[]
Bel is annoyed over his defeat and is informed that Valt is the current official World Champion, in which he doesn't believe. But even if this happened to be true, Bel challenges Valt to a rematch, but Ranzo decides that it was his turn to battle Valt. To get his way, Bel hooks Ranzo to a rope that takes him away into a storage room in the mansion.
Now with Ranzo out of the way, the battle continues and Bel starts off the battle with Daring Launch. Despite losing some stamina, Valtryek uses Brave Flash to accelerate, but Belfyre mimics the move and uses its own Daring Flash to catch up to Valtryek and strike it from behind. Bel begins resonating with Belfyre and the duo is surprised by Valt's power, claiming that they'll be on top if they win the battle. Valt begins resonating with Valtryek and the duo use their Brave Sword while Bel and Belfyre use their Destruction Wrecker. Both Beys clash with their special moves, resulting in them being knocked away, but Valtryek soon bursts, giving Bel the victory.
After watching the battle, Free, Bashara, and Ranzo have all gained more motivation to battle. Bel is even thrilled by the new feeling that the battle with Valt gave him, leading to him challenging Valt to a third battle. Once again, Ranzo challenges Valt and is immediately taken away to the storage room. Bel claims that he won't make Valt flee and will allow him to be his training partner and Bashara decides that he also wants to battle, along with Ranzo, who is soon taken away for the third time.
At BC Sol, Free reflects on the battle between Valt and Bel and decides that it was time to evolve Mirage Fafnir into a Quad Bey. Back at Phantom's Gate, the worn-out group continues to train with Valt as they all claim that they have enough strength to keep going, but the training session is interrupted by Jinemon, who announces that food was ready. Everyone begins heading to the dining room, until they realize Bel was missing, which leads to them all falling into one of Bel's trap door pranks.
After everyone eats, Bashara asks Valt about his training at BC Sol, in which Bel discovers about the club for the first time and learns about Free also being one of the top Bladers, leading to Bel requesting a battle with him, in which Valt accepts to take him there.

- When Belfyre is launched in the second round of Bel and Valt's battle, the walls of Phantom's Gate can't be seen. This is due to the clip being reused animation from The Dark Prince! And Destruction Belfyre!.

- The image used in Valt's profile when Hanna first met him is from his battle with Lain Valhalla in the Legend Festival finals in Grand Finale! Valt vs. Lain!.
- This episode reveals that Valt had reclaimed his title of World Champion from Aiger Akabane sometime between Surge and QuadDrive.
- At the beginning of the International episode, the snore bubbles coming from the bats designed after Bel and Ranzo are removed.
- In the English version, when Bel uses the rope to pull Ranzo out of the way before battling Valt, Ranzo actually laughs instead of screaming.
