Episode Description
World-class Blader and loveable goofball, Dante Koryu has arrived at Phantom’s Gate to challenge the Dark Prince. But he’s not the only one! Pax has ordered Quadra to Battle Bel once again so he can gather more information on Pandora’s rising Elemental Power.
Plot
In the forest nearby Phantom's Gate, Dante Koryu is found running through it as he looks for the mansion. Dante finally arrives at Phantom's Gate and reveals his new Quad Bey, Gambit Dragon.
Dante enters the mansion and starts calling for Bel, but gets no response. Dante continues to call for Bel and soon hears a laugh and finds a shadow of the "Dark Prince". Dante begins to chase the shadow as it travels through the mansion until he falls through a trapdoor that takes him into the battle room. There, Dante is greeted by Pri, who is pretending to be the Dark Prince. As Dante trips on the stairs of the arena, Pri continues to act as if she was Bel, but she is soon interrupted by Ranzo, who turns the room's light on to reveal her identity.
Following Pri's greeting, Dante gets back up and begins to admire Bel's Tetra Stadium. Ranzo then walks up and questions Dante, but as usual, Dante gets up close to Ranzo as he reveals that Valt was the one who informed him about the mansion. Ranzo then notices that Dante looked familiar to him, but couldn't recognize who he was, in which Dante recognizes Ranzo. After Dante mentions that Ranzo was famous, the latter tries to challenge the legend but is ignored as Dante continues to call for Bel.
Annoyed over being ignored, Ranzo starts to go off on Dante until Bel takes him away and greets himself to the guest. Dante gets up close to Bel and greets himself. Hanna then comes out of a trapdoor and recognizes Dante. After that, Ranzo and Hanna recount some of Dante's battles, such as his battle with Aiger on Battle Island and his battle with Gwyn in the Victories vs. Inferno finale. Ranzo then retries to challenge Dante, but is once again ignored as he challenges Bel with Gambit Dragon. Bel accepts and reveals Divine Belfyre, but Dante once again gets up close to admire his opponent's Bey, which Bel snatches back and frightens Dante by telling him that he'll make him flee in fear, which hypes Dante up even more.
Pri watches all of the commotion and has Pax look up Dante's information. They discover that Dante is one of the world's top Bladers, but Pax ignores it and wants Pri battle Bel again so they can continue getting more information on the latter's elemental energy. Pax then tells his sister to increase her elemental power much further to win, but Pri refuses and chooses to win without increasing her power.
As the group continues to argue, Pri suits up, reveals herself as Quadra, and challenges Bel. Bel accepts her challenge, but then Dante argues as he had already challenged Bel. Ranzo then joins in the argument and mentions that he never had his battle with Quadra in the Grand Masquerade Bey Tournament's finale, but Quadra refuses as she doesn't have any interest in him. This annoys Ranzo even more and he mentions that Quadra never removed her mask after her defeat to Bel and forfeiting the tournament, but she also refuses to do so. Bel decides to take on Quadra, but Dante asks about their battle, which then catches Quadra's attention. Hanna enters the conversation and mentions that since Bel, Ranzo, Dante, and Quadra all want to battle each other, they should have a battle royale, in which they agree.
The battle royale begins streaming and Ranzo continues to complain about everyone ignoring him, so Hanna and Jinemon decide to support him. Ranzo tries to also get the support of Pri, but doesn't see her as he is unaware of her being Quadra. All four Bladers launch into the stadium and Ranzo and Roktavor unleash their Double Winged Cyclone and begin reflecting everyone's attacks, but Dragon manages to break through Roktavor's move. Dragon then goes to clash with Belfyre, in which both Beys begin attacking each other with Dragon Launch and Divine Launch. As the two Beys clash, Pandora comes in and clashes with Dragon and Belfyre, and then it takes the upper deck and immediately jumps off to clash with Dragon, causing the latter Bey to be thrown onto the upper deck. Pandora begins clashing with Belfyre.
As the battle rages on, Pandora's elemental power levels continue to rise and as it clashes with Belfyre, Dante begins resonating with Dragon. Dragon then jumps off of the upper deck to attack Belfyre and Pandora with Gambit Break, resulting in the two Beys bursting. Believing he had won the battle, Dante catches Dragon as it falls from the impact, not realizing that Roktavor was still spinning in the stadium, giving Ranzo the victory. Despite being annoyed over everyone forgetting about him, Ranzo begins to celebrate after Hanna and Jinemon point out that he's on a winning streak after being crowned as the Grand Masquerade Bey Tournament's champion.
Bel, Dante, and Quadra all demand a rematch after Dante's mess up, but are interrupted by their empty stomachs, so they decide to hold the battle until the next day. Quadra leaves and Bel, Ranzo, and Dante chase after her after realizing that she had left without unmasking herself. After turning the chase into a race believing it was one, Dante, along with Ranzo, pass Quadra after making it into the forest. Quadra is confused on why she was passed, but then dodges Bel's attack from above and is soon surrounded by Bel, Ranzo, and Dante. Ranzo tries to grab the mask, but Quadra dodges his attack and jumps off of a tree to escape. Bel, Ranzo, and Dante continue to chase Quadra, but all crash into each other and fall into some mud, resulting in her getting away. Hanna then finds the trio and Pri, now back in her normal attire, follows from behind. Ranzo confronts Pri for being absent, in which she claims that she was training the entire time and even got to see him win. Ranzo then gets up but trips on Bel's cape, now completely covering the group, including Hanna and Pri, which causes another argument between Bel and Ranzo.
After getting cleaned at Phantom's Gate, Bel, Ranzo, Hanna, and Dante begin eating Jinemon's Dark Prince Curry. Due to it being so late, Jinemon offers to let Dante stay at the mansion for the night, in which Bel tries to scare Dante. Dante claims that he's brave enough to stay, which gains Bel's approval.
In her room, Pri talks to her brother and he informs her that Pandora had surpassed its maximum power level, which gets Pax to wonder if either Bel and Belfyre are holding a special power within themselves or if Phantom's Gate is a power spot. Pri then mentions that Dante had skills, which her stay at Phantom's Gate gets her even more hyped.
