Plot
Phi, after successfully taking over his younger brother Hearts' Dead hades ,makes his phoenix bind with hades and gets his new bey Dead Phoenix. He claims to be the god of destruction and makes his first target Free de la hoya. He has had a battle with Free and destroys Geist Fafnir into pieces.

- Phi battles Free with his new bey and wins, leading to Geist Fafnir being destroyed.
- Valt challenges Phi to avenge Free, but Phi declines as he plans to save Valt for last.
- Aiger decides to go on a training journey.
