"X" (X, Ekkusu; X) is the first chapter of the Beyblade X manga. It was first released in the July issue of CoroCoro Comic on June 15, 2023 and was later released in Volume 1 of the Tankobon on September 28, 2023.
Plot[]
Major Events[]
- Jaxon, and his Sword Dran, Robin Kazami, Khrome Ryugu, Multi Nana-iro, and Takumi Ishiyama make their debuts.
- Khrome and his team, Pendragon, are crowned the champions of The X.
- Robin and his team, Albatross Strikers, arrive in X City.
- Robin and Takumi face off, with the latter winning and destroying the former's Bey.
- Following Robin's defeat to Takumi, Albatross Strikers is disbanded. Robin is then encountered by Blader X, who asks if he'd like to join his team, Persona, in which he accepts.
- Robin and Blader X arrive at the Amateur Arena where the latter takes on Genri and Takumi and defeats them both.
- After watching Blader X's battles, Robin's motivation returns.
- Blader X reveals his true identity to be Jaxon Cross, a former member of Pendragon.
- Jaxon reveals that he left Pendragon and became Blader X so he could reclimb The X with his own team to battle Khrome Ryugu.
