"Invitation" (インビテーション, Inbitēshon; Invitation) is the twenty-sixth episode of the Beyblade X anime. It first aired on April 5th, 2024 in Japan.
Episode Description
A new event called "Shuffle Battle Fest" will be held, where existing teams are disbanded, and the management creates new teams randomly. The ranking is determined not by battle outcomes but by popular vote, and ultimately, battles are fought between the most popular team and a team composed of the top three popular individual Bladers. As the competition approaches, which brings one step closer to challenging X Tower's peak with good results, Bird reflects on Persona's past battles, lost in thought...
Plot
Major Events
- Team Persona learns about the Shuffle Battle Festival, which is a team tournament where teams are split up and shuffled to make new teams, with Titus, Blaze, Carlo, Warden, Taisho, and Meiko later revealed to be featured contestants.
- It is also revealed that two voting polls have been opened, one for the top three individual Bladers and one for pre-formed teams. Once the polls close, the top three voted Bladers will be formed into a team and will face off against the winning team in the All-Star Battle.
- Robin begins to worry, thinking that he is bringing Jaxon and Multi down and will make them lose the team votes because of his reputation. He later confesses to them that he wants them to reach the top of The X and to leave him behind if he is dragging them down, which Jaxon and Multi continue to show him their support and tell Robin that they want to reach the top together.
- Multi comes up with a plan to win the team votes:
- Create a Persona channel to show the team training together, despite being split up in the Shuffle Battle Festival.
- Meiko and Taisho's appearances in the Shuffle Battle Festival will also continue to draw attention to Persona as their sponsor.
- Jaxon, Robin, and Multi will enter the Shuffle Battle Festival with brand-new Beys, which are currently in development phase.
