Bushin Ashura 13 Anchor Sen (ブシンアシュラ・サーティーン・アンカー・閃, Bushin Ashura Sātīn Ankā Sen), stylized as Bushin Ashura 13 αnchor Sen, is an Attack Type Beyblade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Gatinko Layer System. It was released in Japan on February 22nd, 2020 for 660円 as one of eight possible Beyblades in Random Booster Vol. 19.

Gatinko Chip - Ashura

Main article: Gatinko Chip - Ashura

Ashura is a right-spin Gatinko Chip that features three faces with a stylized A adorning the top, intended to represent the Gatinko Chip's namesake, asura, a demigod in Buddhism. Ashura has a standard weight for Gatinko Chips and features seven fine Locks, giving it average Burst Resistance.

Layer Base - Bushin

LayerBaseBushin
Main article: Layer Base - Bushin (Takara Tomy)
A Defense Type Base that has 12 consecutive blades with 6 swords and receives the opponent's attacks in a distributed manner.
— Official Description

Bushin is a Defense Type Layer Base that features six downward-sloping blades similar to Rock. However, the gaps between the blades are much smaller than Rock, reducing recoil and making it a more viable option than Rock for Defense combinations. Like other Defense Bases, Bushin exposes less of a Gatinko Chip's teeth, reducing the Chip's burst resistance. The low-recoil design, however, mitigates the effect.

Due to Bushin exposing less of a Chip's teeth, Bushin combinations are more burst-prone than other combinations using a different Base. The use of Gatinko Chips with strong teeth, however, such as Dragon or Valkyrie solve this issue.

Forge Disc - 13

Disk13
Main article: Forge Disc - 13

13, like most other odd numbered Core Discs, is asymmetrical and elliptical in shape in order to facilitate a Disc Frame. Each side features four protrusions with molding to create the shape of a "13" with one side featuring a greater number of molding lines, though too shallow to create any noticeable imbalance. While the aggressive design of the Disc may imply high Burst potential from Disc-to-Layer contact, due to the fact that most Burst Performance Tips are of the same or very similar heights, such contact is rare. Compared to other Core Discs, 13 is one of the lightest, even lighter than 6. This light weight severely hinders 13's Attack, Defense and Stamina potential and while the light weight would create high Burst Resistance, the heavy weight of the SwitchStrike/God Layer System and the Cho-Z Layer System makes the use of lightweight Discs for Burst Resistance obsolete.

Performance Tip - Anchor

Anchor (B-158)
Main article: Performance Tip - Anchor
An Attack Type Driver that speeds around the Stadium with a flat tip and performs a 2 stage attack at super speed when the surrounding jagged rubber parts touch the floor.
— Official Description

Anchor is an Attack Type Performance Tip that features a plastic flat tip with a rubber ring. The flat tip causes aggressive movement, similar to Accel. In theory, when a Anchor combination tilts, the jagged rubber parts touch the Stadium floor, increasing speed and aggression, and delivering stronger hits. In practice, due to the specific angles needed for the rubber to make contact with the Stadium floor, Anchor performs inconsistently and is difficult to control.
