Bushin Valkyrie 0 Unite' Retsu (ブシンヴァルキリー・ゼロ・ユナイトダッシュ・烈, Bushin Varukirī Zero Yunaito Dasshu Retsu) is a Balance Type Beyblade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Gatinko Layer System. It was released in Japan on October 19th, 2019 for 1080円 as one of eight possible Beyblades in Random Booster Vol. 17.

Gatinko Chip - Valkyrie

Main article: Gatinko Chip - Valkyrie
The motif is of the goddess of battle, Valkyrie. A right-spin Gatinko Chip with two large and hard locks.
— Official Description

In-depth information for Takara Tomy's Valkyrie Gatinko Chip will be placed here once drafting has been completed for it. Please be patient.

Layer Weight - Retsu

Main article: Layer Weight - Retsu
A Weight built into a Layer. A heavy Weight that creates a blurred attack with its three weight points.
— Official Description

Retsu has three hexagons, one on the right side and two on the left side. That means most of the weight will be concentrated on one side of the Beyblade the Retsu weight is on. Also, the Retsu weight's hexagons don't have that much detail, they are just basic, thus having less weight than detailed weights like Sen and Goku. Being that the weight of Retsu is low compared to more-detailed layer weights stated in the previous sentence, Retsu is heavily outclassed and has no use in combinations.

Layer Base - Bushin

Main article: Layer Base - Bushin (Takara Tomy)
A Defense Type Base that has 12 consecutive blades with 6 swords and receives the opponent's attacks in a distributed manner.
— Official Description

Bushin is a Defense Type Layer Base that features six downward-sloping blades similar to Rock. However, the gaps between the blades are much smaller than Rock, reducing recoil and making it a more viable option than Rock for Defense combinations. Like other Defense Bases, Bushin exposes less of a Gatinko Chip's teeth, reducing the Chip's burst resistance. The low-recoil design, however, mitigates the effect.

Due to Bushin exposing less of a Chip's teeth, Bushin combinations are more burst-prone than other combinations using a different Base. The use of Gatinko Chips with strong teeth, however, such as Dragon or Valkyrie solve this issue.

Forge Disc - 0

Main article: Forge Disc - 0

0 is a symmetrical Forge Disc that's elliptical in shape in order to facilitate a Disc Frame. Each side features one protrusion, each wide and smooth enough to almost make the Forge Disc perfectly circular if not for the notches needed to add a Disc Frame and a molded "0" on each side. The protrusions extend further and are thicker than most other Forge Discs which makes 0 one of the heaviest Forge Discs and implies high Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) and Stamina potential. In reality however, more weight is focused towards the center, which creates Centralized Weight Distribution (CWD) that reduces its Stamina to that of 2's. As such, 0 is outclassed by 7 for Stamina Combinations but 0's greater weight makes it ideal for Attack and Defense Combinations. Furthermore, the round shape of 0 creates high Life-After-Death, even without the use of Disc Frames such as Cross. While the weight can increase the risk of Bursts, the weight of most SwitchStrike/God Layers and Cho-Z Layers can compensate.

Performance Tip - Unite'

Main article: Performance Tip - Unite'

Unite' features a flat rubber tip with a sharp plastic tip in the center, akin to the Coated Sharp Performance Tip of Metal Fight Beyblade, that sits at the standard height. When launched straight down into the stadium, the sharp tip in the center will keep the Beyblade stable and still in the center, preventing Stamina loss.

When a mint condition Unite' is either knocked off balance by an opponent or launched at an angle, the rubber will make contact with the stadium, creating an aggressive movement pattern with speeds similar to Xtreme. However this aggressive movement is somewhat unreliable as the sharp center can slow it down in the center of the stadium or stop the movement entirely.

When worn however, instead of creating aggressive movement when struck, the rubber will instead act as brakes against a Knock-Out, at the cost of Stamina, before going back to the center of the Stadium due to the sharp tip.

Like other Dash Performance Tips, Unite' features a stronger spring lock, increasing the Performance Tip's Burst Resistance.
