Energy Layer - Crash Ragnaruk[]

Main article: Energy Layer - Crash Ragnaruk
The motif is of a devil that wears the flames of the end, Ragnaruk. A Stamina Type Cho-Z Layer with a metal wing that opens and closes to strengthen the centrifugal force while maintaining Attack power.
— Official Description

Takara Tomy's Crash Ragnaruk is a round Energy Layer designed for Stamina. Consisting of four wings, two of which are small and made of clear plastic and two of which are large are made of colored plastic, akin to its predecessor Blaze Ragnaruk. The large wings are molded to create the visage of heads to match the anime's rendition of the Layer's beast, a winged demon. As part of the Cho-Z Layer System, Crash Ragnaruk features metal in its design; in this case, concentrated on the wings.

The compact placement of the wings creates a very round design where any protrusions and gaps from and between the wings are too shallow to create high recoil. The large size of the metal laced wings improves Stamina Potential by creating high Outward Weight Distribution (OWD). Furthermore, Crash Ragnaruk keeps the same "Stamina Wings" gimmick from its predecessor Blaze Ragnaruk. In Crash Ragnaruk however, the "Stamina Wings" are made of metal, and while the movement action has no effect in battle, the weight of the metal does increase Stamina.

However, Crash Ragnaruk features four teeth of only medium-short height which severely reduces the Layer's Burst Resistance. However, Crash Ragnaruk's heavy weight and the round, low recoil perimeter can compensate to create tournament acceptable Burst Resistance.

Like many other Cho-Z Layers, Crash Ragnaruk is unbalanced, though not to the same degree as others, which increases Burst risk and drains Stamina. However, these issues can be solved with the use of a Level Chip that fits underneath the Layer.

Forge Disc - 5[]

Main article: Forge Disc - 5

5, like other odd numbered Core Discs, is asymmetrical and elliptical in shape in order to facilitate a Disc Frame. One side features two protrusions and the other features three, all molded in the shape of "5"s and the center features two small holes on either side. While the asymmetrical design may imply imbalance, the smaller size of two of the protrusions on the three lobed side ensures that the Disc is balanced. 5's overall shape resembles a reversed 4 and acts almost identically with the same high Stamina potential, Knock-Out Resistance and Life-After-Death when paired with Disc Frames such as Glaive or Cross. While 7 has greater Stamina, 5 is still comparable.

Disc Frame - Cross[]

Main article: Disc Frame - Cross

Cross features a diamond shape with protrusions on each corner, akin to Force, at an upward angle. While too small to come into contact with the opponent's Layer, the relatively round shape of Cross grants the highest Life-After-Death out of all Disc Frames. In addition, the upwards angle of the protrusions ensures that they will not scrape against the stadium floor.

Performance Tip - Volcanic'[]

Main article: Performance Tip - Volcanic'

Volcanic' features a tilting, free rotating flat tip with a textured design, akin to a smaller Hold

Like Hold, the wide surface area of the plate makes Volcanic' one of the more aggressive and faster tips in the game. While this level of speed implies that a Beyblade using this Tip would be in danger of Self-Knock-Outs, the friction given by the textured ring allows Volcanic' to stay on the Tornado Ridge, the free-spinning nature and smaller diameter of the tip mitigates its speed to more controllable levels and the tilting aspect of the tip provides Stability to prevent the Beyblade from tipping over and allows more of the textured ring to contact the stadium and the Tornado Ridge. While the smaller diameter makes it easier to maintain a banking pattern with Volcanic' than with Hold, the pattern still breaks very quickly.

Due to Volcanic''s design, the speed of the Performance Tip can vary as some Volcanic' tips spin more freely than others, the more the tip spins freely, the more Stamina it has and the easier it is to control, but at the cost of speed.

Volcanic' is slightly taller than most other tips. This height difference would, in theory, increase the rate of Disc-to-Layer contact and Burst the opponent. However, due to the height of most Layers and the minimal difference in height, such contact is rare.

Due to the identical mechanism and similar shape, Volcanic' would also perform well in Spin-Equalization Combinations as the free-spinning nature and tilting plate of Volcanic' would allow for excellent Spin-Equalization potential while also granting the Precession and Life-After-Death needed to win such matches. However, the smaller diameter mitigates Volcanic''s Life-After-Death potential and the greater height prevents the rubber of Drain Fafnir or Spriggan Requiem to make contact with the opponent.

Unlike its predecessor, Volcanic' features a much thicker spring in its locking mechanism, increasing Volcanic''s Burst Resistance.
