The motif is of the Demon King Belial. A right-spin DB Core with 4 strong Locks.
— Official Description

Takara Tomy's Belial 1 (or simply Belial) is a right-spin DB Core that features the face of the DB Core's namesake, Belial, a Demon King from Abrahamic religions. It is the first of the three Belial DB Cores, and has four Locks, which create average Burst Resistance. Belial 1 is generally outclassed by other right-spin DB Cores, which have additional advantages: for example, Kerbeus has greater Burst Resistance, while Dragon offers greater Stamina.

Overall

Although Belial 1 offers acceptable performance, it is outclassed by other right-spin DB Cores that offer more utility.

As such, Belial 1 is not recommended for the WBO's Burst format.

Belial 1 is not legal in the WBO's Burst GT format.
