Deathscyther Armed Blow (デスサイザー・アームド ・ブロウ, Desusaizā Āmudo Burou) is an Attack Type Beyblade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System. It was released in Japan on December 26th, 2015 for 864円 as one of eight possible Beyblades in Random Booster Vol. 2 Evil-eye Wing Needle.
Energy Layer - Deathscyther

Takara Tomy's Deathscyther features a four-bladed design with very smooth sides. It is based off of common depictions of Death as an entity with a skeletal design that uses scythes to attack. As such, the Energy Layer features a hooded skull design.
The colored plastic underneath the transparent casing is focused in the center as well as on half of the perimeter and its three teeth are in descending order, meaning that the first one is very tall, that the second tooth is just slightly shorter than the surrounding ring in the middle and that the third one is small.
Due to its smooth features and the weight concentration that allows for a Flywheel Effect, it excels in Stamina. Without huge impacts with momentum, opponents are unable to use one of its protrusions to Destabilize it or push it in reverse to make it skip over one of its teeth, especially since the first one in the series is tall, following the trait of Energy Layers labeled as Attack Types by the producer. Therefore, in a Stamina battle, it holds its ground and can spin almost undisturbed until the end.
Forge Disc - Armed
Main article: Forge Disc - Armed
Armed is a symmetrical Forge Disc with six round shield-like protrusions and engravings along with two bumps on either side that make room for the Forge Disc's slots. While it has a bulky appearance implying a heavy weight, in reality it is actually very light due to how hollow it is. Armed’s lightness gave it the greatest Burst Resistance of any Forge Disc at the time while the relatively smooth surface reduced recoil when struck if paired with a Performance Tip with poor Stability. However, this same lightness severely reduced Knock-Out Defense and Stamina as a trade-off.
Performance Tip - Blow
Main article: Performance Tip - Blow
Blow, like Accel, features a flat plastic tip, albeit at a smaller diameter. This smaller diameter is designed to bring the Beyblade towards the center faster to strike the opponent at a much faster rate than Accel and conserve greater Stamina. While these effects do occur, they are hampered by the shape of the tip. Unlike other flat tips, Blow's tip is taller and shaped in the form of a cone rather than a short straight cylinder. This shape means that Blow becomes very easily destabilized, akin to Metal Fight Beyblade's Sharp Performance Tip, and become liable to floor scrapes.
