Dragon Emperor: Soaring Bite Attack (竜皇翔咬撃, Ryūō Shoukougeki) it's Lightning L'Drago's first Special Move in the anime and manga. It is referred to as a "Dark Spin Move" (暗黒転技, Ankoku Tengi). Ryuga hands glow with two purple balls and he slams them together. Then, a beam is shot up to space and the dragons form a circle pattern and slam on the opponent.
