Dragon Emperor: Soaring Bite Attack (竜皇翔咬撃, Ryūō Shoukougeki) it's Lightning L'Drago's first Special Move in the anime and manga. It is referred to as a "Dark Spin Move" (暗黒転技, Ankoku Tengi). Ryuga hands glows with two purple balls and slames it together. Then, a beam is shot up to space and the dragons forms a circle pattern and slams on the opponent.
