Dragoon Fantom 00Star Power (ドラグーンファントム・ダブルオースター・パワー, Doragūn Fantomu Daburuō Sutā Pawā) is an Attack Type Beyblade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System. It was released in Japan on July 12th, 2019 for 7560円 as a part of the Legend Star Bey Set.

Energy Layer - Dragoon Fantom

Main article: Energy Layer - Dragoon Fantom

Takara Tomy's Dragoon Fantom is a Burst System adaptation of the Dual Dragon Attack Ring and Dragoon Bit Chip from the Original Series' Spin Gear System. As such it features an overall square/diamond shape with four dragon heads that act as the main contact points and an image of the Bit Beast Dragoon in the center. The only differences between the Energy Layer and the original Attack Ring is that the dragon heads are more compact making the Layer somewhat smaller overall and the "Bit Chip" is irremovable.

Dragoon Fantom features teeth comparable to those on Victory Valkyrie, while such teeth would normally allow a Layer to withstand its own recoil, the pointed shape of each of the heads are so recoil heavy and the Layer is so light in weight due to being so thin, hollow and made from only one layer of plastic that the teeth are still unable to compensate in almost any circumstance.

Forge Disc - 00

Main article: Forge Disc - 00

00 is a symmetrical, elliptical disc that can facilitate a Disc Frame. 00 is the heaviest Core Disc, outclassing 0 by 1 gram, and has an ideal weight distribution for all Combinations. Its high Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) grants it not only the highest Stamina potential out of all other Core Discs, but its weight grants it high Attack and Defense potential. With the use of Disc Frames, 00 can be used to great effect in any Combination. While the weight can increase the risk of Bursts, the weight of most Layers released in the SwitchStrike/God Layer Systems and onward can compensate.

Disc Frame - Star

Main article: Disc Frame - Star

Star, as its name implies, is a Disc Frame that has a star-like shape. Its design consists of eight protrusions; five of which are placed in a star-like formation, and the other three are placed in between them. The underside of the Disc Frame features ten protrusions; eight of which are seen on the frontside, and the other two are placed near the sockets needed to apply Star onto a Core Disc.

While Star is too small to come into contact with the opponent's Layer, its thick design makes it heavier than most Disc Frames, providing use in Attack Combinations, though not to the degree of other Disc Frames such as Meteor and Bump. However, unlike the aforementioned Disc Frames, Star's rather smooth underside provides Life-After-Death, though not to the degree of Glaive and Cross. Nonetheless, Star has use in both Attack Combinations and Spin-Equalization Combinations.

Performance Tip - Power

Main article: Performance Tip - Power

Power features a spring-loaded flat star tip of a wide diameter, akin to a combination of Jaggy and Nothing. When the spring-loaded tip is retracted and the spring is compressed, the Burst Resistance increases to the level of a Dash Driver, similar to Venture. Despite this gimmick, Dash Drivers offer more immediate and consistent high Burst Resistance. Furthermore, Power has too little Stamina, and is difficult to control due to its jagged shape. Rubber Attack Type Performance Tips such as Quick' and Xtreme' offer greater speed and control, while plastic tips such as Destroy' and Zephyr' offer more Stamina. Therefore, there is no reason to use Power over more other Performance Tips.
