DragoonStorm1

Dragoon Storm (Episode) is the 6th episode of Beyblade.

Episode summary

Tyson and Ray prepare for their semi-final match up. As they begin the battle, the two seem to be evenly matched, and it gives Tyson false confidence. Ray ends up revealing he's just playing around, and to prove it he uses his infamous Tiger Claw Attack. It splits Tyson's blade into many pieces.

During the break, Kenny and Tyson work together to fix the blade. Kenny adds a central vortex that will make Dragoon spin faster, but he also says if the blade gets hit one more time it could shatter. Tyson thanks him for the warning, and heads off to the second of the best of 3.

Ray decides to let Tyson try his new tricks, so Tyson gets his beyblade to spin super fast with the new vortex. It creates a wind that Tyson dubs "Hurricane Attack," but Ray has his own trick ready. He calls forth his bitbeast Driger, and Driger cuts through the winds like a sharp knife on cheese.

Neither of them realizes it, but Kai has been watching the match to see the power of Driger. He's impressed by the bitbeast's size, but he feels that Dranzer has more power, and so he leaves the match.

Realizing it's up to Dragoon, Tyson summons his bitbeast. Driger and Dragoon seem to be evenly matched, and no one thinks a winner will be named, but Tyson's blade continues to go faster and faster. It goes back into hurricane mode, and with the added power of Dragoon, they send Driger flying away.

Ray goes and shakes hands with Tyson, and he declares him the winner. He then leaves the stadium. On the way out, Mr. Dickinson confronts him and tells him to finish what he's started. Ray says he won't because Tyson's the better fighter, and he wants to instead be on the team.
