The radio-controlled version has been modified (Upper Claw 2) so that it can fit with any weight disk (the RC beyblades have a fixed base and weight disk that prevents overlapping attack rings). Hasbro corrected this problem with their Driger G Engine Gear RC beyblade by adding an extra space for attack rings designed to cover the weight disk.
