Energy Layer - Driger V2

The motif is of the four sacred beasts, Driger. The large two upper-shaped blades handle both Attack and Defense. The Beyblade's performance is improved by installing support parts in the lower row of the Layer.
— Official Description

Takara Tomy's Driger V2, or Driger Vulcan 2, is a Burst System adaptation of the Driger Bit Chip, Upper Claw Attack Ring, and Upper Attack Support Parts that came with the Original Series' Magnacore System Beyblade, Driger V2.

As such, it features two tiger heads, followed by long slopes that enable Upper Attack. Compared to the original Upper Claw Attack Ring, Driger V2 is more circular, and the tiger heads have been elongated. A non-removable metal "Bit Chip" is molded into the center of the Layer, and depicts the Driger Bit Beast. The main section of the Layer has an overall elliptical shape, akin to the original Upper Claw Attack Ring. Due to the design of the Burst System, the Support Parts included with Driger V2 is one piece, rather than the two pieces of the original Upper Attack Support Parts.

Like the original Upper Attack Support Parts, the included Support Parts extend the slopes of the main section, adding Upper Attack capabilities at a lower height. When the Support Parts are used, Driger V2 is only compatible with DB Discs and QD Discs. When used without the Support Parts, any Disc can be used with Driger V2.

Due to its overall round shape when used with its Support Parts, Driger V2 excels in Stamina Combinations utilizing top tier Drivers such as Bearing' and High Xtend+'. Of the Original Series remakes, Driger V2 is the heaviest and most competitive, with performance comparable to Gatinko Layers. As such, Driger V2 holds the distinction of being the only Original Series remake that is banned from the WBO's Burst Limited Format.

Forge Disc - Over

Over is a circular DB Disc and one of the heaviest Forge Discs, with an ideal weight distribution for any combination. Its design is a homage to Oval and 0.

Over's circular design creates high Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) and Stamina potential. Due to its smooth circular perimeter, Over also has high Life-After-Death (LAD). Its heavy weight also grants it high Attack and Defense potential.

Performance Tip - Wedge'

Main article: Performance Tip - Wedge'

Wedge', like its predecessor Wedge, features a tall low-angled sharp tip made of metal that sits at a standard height. The Stamina the sharp tip is bolstered by the low friction of the metal. These features grant Wedge' high Stamina potential, but Wedge' has two major weaknesses: the low friction of the metal and the weight distribution of the Driver itself.

Due to how little friction there is between the metal tip and the Stadium floor, Wedge' is easy to Destabilize as well as Knock-Out (KO). While the Driver may seem to be comprised mostly of metal and thus heavy to create a stable low center of gravity, the metal in Wedge' is in fact hollow which limits weight. Furthermore, Wedge' itself is unbalanced which creates erratic movements that increases Burst risk and drains Stamina.

Like other Dash Performance Tips, Wedge' features a stronger spring lock, increasing the Performance Tip's Burst Resistance.
