Nemesis N7 is a Drive Chip released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System as well as the QuadDrive System. It debuted in western countries with the release of the Destruction Ifritor I7 & Stone Nemesis N7 Dual Pack.
Description
Hasbro's Nemesis N7 is a right-spin Drive Chip that features the face of the Drive Chip's namesake, Nemesis, the Greek Goddess of Revenge. It is a vertically oriented Drive Chip. Nemesis N7 has an above average weight for Drive Chips, and average Burst Resistance. At the time of writing, it is one of the tightest right-spin Drive Chips, although its Burst Resistance is not comparable to GT Chips released in the HyperSphere System, which have higher Burst Resistance. The issue of low Burst Resistance is compounded by the light weight of QuadDrive System Layers, making them even easier to Burst than usual.
Overall
QuadDrive System Layers are heavily outclassed by releases from Takara Tomy in the Cho-Z Layer System and onward.
As such, Hasbro's Nemesis N7 is recommended for collection purposes only.
Although Hasbro's Nemesis N7 is one of the tightest Right-Spin Drive Chips, its mediocre Burst Resistance means QuadDrive System Layers have no competitive advantage over similar alternatives from other systems, which have higher Burst Resistance. However, Nemesis N7 can be used if a Right-Spin Blade is being utilized.
As such, Hasbro's Nemesis N7 is not a must have but is instead a welcome addition to a blader's collection.
Hasbro's Nemesis N7 is not legal in the WBO's Burst Classic Format.
As such, Hasbro's Nemesis N7 is recommended for collection purposes only.Products
