Valtryek V7 is a Drive Chip released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System as well as the QuadDrive System. It debuted in western countries with the release of the QuadDrive Starter Pack, Salvage Valtryek V7 Squadron-Q Shot-Q+Shot-7.

Description

Hasbro's Valtryek V7 is a right-spin Drive Chip that features an armored face, akin to its predecessors in the Valtryek line. The design is intended to represent Valkyrie, Odin's handmaidens in Norse mythology. Valtryek V7 has an average weight for Drive Chips and average Burst Resistance.

Unlike its Takara Tomy counterpart, Valtryek V7 does not have the "Bound Attack" gimmick.

Overall

QuadDrive System Layers are heavily outclassed by releases from Takara Tomy in the Cho-Z Layer System and onward.
