While sticking to the slope of the stadium, Engaard uses the orbs in its Layer to deflect attacks.

- Even though the English name for Orb Egis was changed to Orb Engaard, the name of this special move was not changed.
- This could be due to the name of the Beyblade having the word "guard" in the pronunciation.
