Emperor Forneus Wheel Destroy (エンペラーフォルネウス・ホイール・デストロイ, Enperā Foruneusu Hoīru Desutoroi) is an Attack Type Beyblade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Cho-Z Layer System. It was released in Japan on July 23rd, 2020 for 1100円 as one of eight possible Beyblades in Random Booster Vol. 21.
Energy Layer - Emperor Forneus[]

- Main article: Energy Layer - Emperor Forneus
Takara Tomy's Emperor Forneus is a round Defense Type Energy Layer that features twelve counter-clockwise blades that create a low-recoil design and two shark heads that go from the perimeter to the center, meant to represent the Layer's namesake; the sea monster Forneus, a Great Marquis of Hell in demonology, the sea monster. As part of the Cho-Z Layer System, Emperor Forneus features metal in its design; in this case, in the shark details. The inclusion of metal makes Emperor Forneus heavier than most God Layers.
The placement of the metal improves Defense potential by not only increasing the weight but by creating a Centralized Weight Distribution (CWD) which resists movement. However, the blades of Emperor Forneus are warped which creates recoil akin to Nova Neptune or Psychic Phantom, and the Centralized Weight Distribution (CWD) creates poor Stamina, though the warped blades can create Destabilization potential and the heavy weight and strong teeth of Emperor Forneus can compensate for the recoil.
Like many other Cho-Z Layers, Emperor Forneus is unbalanced which increases Burst risk and drains Stamina. However, these issues can be solved with the use of a Level Chip that fits underneath the Layer.
Forge Disc - Wheel[]

- Main article: Forge Disc - Wheel
Takara Tomy's Wheel is a symmetrical, circular Forge Disc and is one of the heaviest Discs, with an ideal weight distribution for all Combinations. It has four gaps intended to increase Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) and consequently its Stamina potential. The circular perimeter of the design also increases Life-After-Death (LAD). The round design of Wheel leads to the highest Stamina and Life-After-Death of any Forge Disc, outclassing the likes of Outer and Core Disc/Disc Frame combinations. Its heavy weight also grants it high Attack and Defense potential.
Performance Tip - Destroy[]

- Main article: Performance Tip - Destroy
Destroy features an eight-pointed star tip, akin to Jaggy, under a free-spinning plate that sits at a standard height.
Due to the tip's shape and diameter, Destroy will create an aggressive movement pattern equivalent to Jaggy with the same moderately controllable movement pattern and speed.
What sets Destroy apart from Jaggy is the free-spinning plate that is meant to stabilize a Beyblade if it is knocked off balance by creating a second point of contact with only minimal Stamina loss due to its free spinning nature. Unlike other Tips with similar gimmicks such as Cycle and Guard, the low placement of Destroy's plate ensures that lock up does not occur, meaning that Destroy's gimmick works as intended.
While Destroy has poor Stamina from the star shaped tip, the smooth perimeter and free-spinning nature of the plate also grants Destroy high Life-After-Death which can allow Combinations to potentially Out-Spin their opponent if a Burst or Knock-Out has not been achieved.
