Overall

Hasbro's Cognite C3 is mostly unchanged from Takara Tomy's Alter Chronos with the gimmick intact. However, Cognite C3’s Burst Resistance is severely reduced, making the Layer ill-suited for Defense Combinations. With little recoil and only average Stamina, Cognite C3 is also ill-suited for Attack, Defense and Stamina Combinations.
