This article is about the Hasbro version. For the Takara Tomy version, see Energy Layer - Killer Deathscyther.

Doomscizor D3 is an Energy Layer released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System as well as the SwitchStrike System. It debuted in western countries with the release of the SwitchStrike Starter Pack Doomscizor D3 2Vortex Hunter.

Description

In-depth information for Hasbro’s Doomscizor D3 Energy Layer will be placed here once drafting has been completed for it. Please be patient.

Overall

Hasbro's Doomscizor D3 features a much more balanced weight distribution and more points of contact at the base of the “scythe blade”. While Doomscizor D3 has greater Stamina than Takara Tomy's Killer Deathscyther, the added points of contact do little to compensate for the poor Burst Attack potential.

As such, Hasbro's Doomscizor D3 is recommended for collection purposes only.
