Evipero is an Energy Layer released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System. It debuted in western countries with the release of the Starter Pack Evipero Wing Needle.

Overall
Hasbro's Evipero features strong slopes, and combined with the unchanged design compared to Takara Tomy's Evil-eye, it created a top-tier Layer for Defense Combinations with excellent Stamina. However, its rough design made it outclassed by Unicrest. Furthermore, with the release of the SwitchStrike/God Layer System, Evipero is now too light to remain competitive.
As such, Hasbro's Evipero is recommended for collection purposes only.
Use in Defense Combinations
Evipero can be put to use in the Defense Combination Evipero Knuckle/Heavy/Gravity Revolve/Press/Needle. Knuckle bolsters Burst Resistance and Stamina and Heavy/Gravity bolsters Knock-Out Resistance and Stamina while Evipero's strong slopes can compensate for the increased Burst risk. Revolve increases Stamina while the Layer and Disc reduce recoil while Hasbro's Press/Needle's tabs and strong spring increases Knock-Out and Burst Resistance.
