Jumbo Jormuntor J2 is an Energy Layer released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System as well as the Dual Layer System. It debuted in western countries with the release of the Jumbo Jormuntor J2 and Ferro Fengriff F2 Dual Pack.

Overall
Hasbro's Jumbo Jormuntor J2 is visually unchanged from Takara Tomy's Jail Jormungand. However, Jumbo Jormuntor J2 features strong slopes which not only made it a top-tier choice for Defense Combinations in the Hasbro-Only Format but also got it banned in the Burst Classic Format. However, with the release of the SwitchStrike/God Layer System, Jumbo Jormuntor J2 is too light to remain competitive in the current metagame.
As such, Hasbro's Jumbo Jormuntor J2 is recommended for collection purposes only.
