King Kerbeus K2 is an Energy Layer released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System as well as the Dual Layer System. It debuted in western countries with the release of the Starter Pack, King Kerbeus K2 Limited Press.

Overall
Hasbro's King Kerbeus K2 is virtually unchanged from Takara Tomy's Kaiser Kerbeus with the same low recoil and poor Stamina. However, King Kerbeus K2's Burst Resistance is much higher than its Takara Tomy counterpart's which made it one of the strongest Layers for Defense Combinations in the Hasbro metagame. However, with the release of the SwitchStrike/God Layer System, King Kerbeus K2 is now too light to remain competitive.
As such, Hasbro's King Kerbeus K2 is recommended for collection purposes only.
