Meteo L-Drago (メテオエルドラゴ, Meteo Erudorago) is an Energy Layer released by Takara Tomy as part of Metal Fight Beyblade's 10th Anniversary for the Burst System. It debuted in Japan with the release of the B-00 Metal Fight Beyblade 2020 Baku Set on December 30th, 2020.
Description
Takara Tomy's Meteo L-Drago is a left-spin Layer that adapts the L-Drago II Face, L-Drago II Clear Wheel, and Meteo Metal Wheel of the Metal Series' Hybrid Wheel System for the Burst System. As such it resembles the general shape of these parts, with a design featuring three dragon heads. The Energy Layer can be separated into two parts, a "Clear Wheel" and "Metal Wheel", similar to its original Hybrid Wheel System version. Like the original version, the Meteo L-Drago Layer has the mode change gimmick of the original parts; it can switch between "Assault Mode" and "Rapid-Hit Mode" by changing the position of the Clear Wheel on the Metal Wheel. Compared to the original parts, the Meteo L-Drago Energy Layer is noticeably wider - the "Metal Wheel" portion of the Layer is made of plastic, with metal lining the circumference. Meteo L-Drago has average Burst Resistance, so using a Dash Driver is recommended.
