Neptune is a Layer released as part of the Burst System. It debuted with the release of Neptune Armed Zephyr on January 23rd, 2016.
Description
The Layer features a six-blade design with two big, two medium and two medium-little others with very smooth sides. This Layer despicts Neptune, the sea god in the roman mythology.
The colored plastic underneath the transparent casing is focused in the out perimeter and four ways linking the out perimeter to the center. This balance the weight between the inner side and the outter perimeter.
This Layer is a very well balanced Layer which has dencent attack, good defense with moderated stamina.
