Nepstrius, known as Neptune in Japan, is an Energy Layer released as part of the Burst System. It debuted with the release of Nepstrius Armed Zephyr on January 23, 2016.
Description
The Energy Layer features a six-blade design with two big, two medium and two medium-little others with very smooth sides. This Energy Layer despicts Nepstrius, the sea god in the roman mythology.
The colored plastic underneath the transparent casing is focused in the out perimeter and four ways linking the out perimeter to the center. This balance the weight between the inner side and the outter perimeter.
This Energy Layer is a very well balanced Energy Layer which has dencent attack, good defense with moderated stamina.
