Nepstrius, known as Neptune (ネプチューン, Nepuchūn) in Japan, is an Energy Layer released as part of the Burst System. It debuted with the release of the B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr on January 23rd, 2016.
Description
The Energy Layer features a six-blade design with two big, two medium and two medium-little others with very smooth sides. This Energy Layer depicts Nepstrius, the sea god in the roman mythology.
The colored plastic underneath the transparent casing is focused in the out perimeter and four ways linking the out perimeter to the center. This balance the weight between the inner side and the outter perimeter.
This Energy Layer is a very well balanced Energy Layer which has decent attack, good defense with moderated stamina.
