Ogre O4 is an Energy Layer released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System as well as the SlingShock System. It debuted in western countries with the release of the SlingShock Starter Pack, Ogre O4 1 Jaggy-S.
Description

Its design consists of three large primary blades and three pairs of two small secondary blades; all of which are made of colored plastic.
