This article is about the Hasbro version. For the Takara Tomy version, see Energy Layer - Spriggan Requiem.

Spryzen Requiem S3 is an Energy Layer released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System as well as the SwitchStrike System. It debuted in western countries with the release of the SwitchStrike Starter Pack Spryzen Requiem S3 0 Zeta.

Description

In-depth information for Hasbro’s Spryzen Requiem S3 Energy Layer will be placed here once drafting has been completed for it. Please be patient.

Overall

Hasbro's Spryzen Requiem S3 is virtually unchanged from Takara Tomy's Spriggan Requiem with the gimmicks intact. The only difference is that the Metal God Chip is thinner to facilitate the code for the Beyblade Burst App Game creating a negligibly lighter weight as well as unpainted. With the use of slopes, Spryzen Requiem S3 does not wear down. Due to this, Spryzen Requiem S3 was once banned in tournament play.

While now legal for tournament play, Hasbro's Spryzen Requiem S3 is not a must-have but is instead a welcome addition in the Standard Format, but is a must-have for competitive bladers of the Hasbro-Only Format.
