Fengriff F2 6Glaive Liner, known as Fang Fenrir 6Glaive Liner (ファングフェンリル・シックスグレイブ・ライナー, Fangu Fenriru Shikkusu Gureibu Rainā) in Japan, is a Balance Type Beyblade released as part of the Burst System as well as the Dual Layer System. It was released in Japan on April 29th, 2017 for 972円 as one of eight possible Beyblades in Random Booster Vol. 6 Tornado Wyvern.4G.At.

Energy Layer - Fengriff F2

Main article: Energy Layer - Fengriff F2
Fengriff F2 is an Attack Type Energy Layer that features four counterclockwise blades, akin to the Aquario Metal Wheel from Metal Fight Beyblade. While the direction and smooth design of the blades may imply high Defense potential, the large gaps in between the blades creates too much recoil for such a purpose and the recoil that is produced is too little to create meaningful Burst Attack. Fang Fenrir's problems become exacerbated by the mediocre teeth of the Japanese release which are inconsistent on withstanding the recoil the blades produce, making Fengriff F2 Burst prone.

Forge Disc - 6

Main article: Forge Disc - 6
6, like other even numbered Core Discs, is symmetrical and elliptical in shape in order to facilitate a Disc Frame. Each side features three, loop shaped protrusions. 6's overall shape resembles that of 7's which implies the same weight distribution ideal for Attack. However, 6 is hindered by its relatively light weight caused by the thinness of the protrusions and the four large holes in the center of the Core Disc where the Performance Tip is meant to sit. While 6 is still heavier than normal Forge Discs such as Heavy and Gravity, numerous other Core Discs such as 2, 4, 5 and 7 are far heavier with better weight distributions.

Disc Frame - Glaive

Main article: Disc Frame - Glaive
Glaive is a mostly round Disc Frame with two sharp, wave like protrusions on either side. While too small to come into contact with the opponent's Layer in battle, the round shape of Glaive grants high Life After Death while the upwards direction of the protrusions ensure they do not scrape along the stadium floor. While Cross has greater Life After Death, Glaive is still comparable.

Performance Tip - Liner

Main article: Performance Tip - Liner
Liner is a Performance Tip that features a free-spinning wheel that's positioned vertically. As its name suggests, Liner features a "Stabilization" gimmick that is meant to realign the Beyblade; in this case, through the use of its free-spinning wheel.

At first, depending on the parts used, Liner is mostly stationary and easily takes refuge in the center of the stadium. However, once struck by the opponent, Liner's free-spinning wheel will move, creating a somewhat erratic movement pattern, and thus, theoretically, will retake refuge in the center of the stadium. In practice, the Beyblade is easily capable of heading back into the center when struck, and thus Liner's "Stabilization" gimmick works as intended.

At the same time, this gimmick also allows the Beyblade to counterattack the opponent, and at times, potentially KOing or Bursting the opponent. Sometimes, this even results in continuous head-on collisions. However, while this may imply Attack potential, Liner can become unbalanced, which acts as a "double-edged sword"; as the unbalanced nature, while it is beneficial in Attack Combinations, can also increase the risk of Bursts and creates poor late-game Stamina. This also makes Liner ill-suited for Spin Equalization Combinations, as the late-game unstable spin of the tip's wheel will prevent the Combination's Layer's rubber from making direct contact with the opponent.

As such, Liner is best suited for KO Defense Combinations; as the ability to quickly get from the Tornado Ridge to the center of the stadium allows it to avoid potential KOs than most other Performance Tips, such as Atomic.
