Dark Gargoyle or Death Gargoyle (デスガーゴイル, Desu Gāgoiru) is an Attack Type Beyblade that belongs to Miguel. It was released by Takara in Random Booster 10 in April 2003.

It is succeeded by Dark Gargoyle MS in the toyline.

Ten Wide is the next in the series of Wide Weight Disks following Dragoon S' Eight Wide, now with two additional sides. As a result, it is both the widest and heaviest of them.

Spin Gear (SG): Neo Right Spin Gear (Metal Weight Version)[]

Metal Weight Cores are non-magnetic and only contain weight blocks. They are heavier than Spin Gears and lighter than the Magnecores but other than that, they are no different from the Standard Spin Gears. It can still be found in many Takara Beyblades but Hasbro has replaced it with the Magnecores in most of their Beyblades.

Blade Base (BB): SG Flat Base[]

SG Flat can be considered the successor of the Flat Blade Base. The flat tip allows for high movement speed, while the low height allows for effective Upper Attack.

  • In the anime, Dark Gargoyle was later upgraded from a NEO Right Spin Gear to an Engine Gear.
    • The Hasbro equivalent of Dark Gargoyle, Dark Effigy G, includes an Engine Gear, although it uses a Metal Ball CEW rather than a flat tip.
  • The English dub of the anime blurs the wording on the stickers.
