Magnum is a Forge Disc released as part of the Burst System. It debuted with the release of the B-48 Starter Xeno Xcalibur Magnum Impact on July 2nd, 2016.
Description
Magnum features a circular metal disk with a plastic covering around the sides and some of the top. This leaves the metal directly on the bottom and the prongs that fit into the energy layer still exposed. The covering features three triangular protrusions and one round protrusion. Unlike other forge disks, the letter M is not located on the prongs. They are located on the plastic covering instead. Even though it is lightweight, it finds use in attack customizations because the three protrusions on Magnum line up with the three contact points on Valkyrie and Victory Valkyrie. The protrusions also may come in contact with the opposing Beyblade's energy layer on rare instances.
Use in Attack Customizations
Like Triple, the protrusions on Magnum line up perfectly with Valkyrie and Victory Valkyrie. This makes Valkyrie/Victory Valkyrie Magnum Xtreme a great choice for an Attack Customization if Heavy or Gravity are unavailable.
