Karma-Q is a Forge Disc released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System as well as the QuadDrive System. It debuted in western countries with the release of the QuadDrive Starter Pack, Guilty Luinor L7 Karma-Q Guard-Q+Destroy-2.
Description
Hasbro's Karma-Q is a QD Disc based on Takara Tomy's Karma. It retains the ten upward sloping blades along its perimeter, meant to create Upper Force in Left-Spin and Down Force in Right-Spin. However, the blades have been shortened, and the number of edges reduced. Furthermore, the lower half of Karma has essentially been removed, making the Disc thinner overall and reducing its weight by 4 grams. As Karma-Q is purely a weaker version of Karma, there is no reason to use Karma-Q over the latter.
