Twist-Q is a Forge Disc released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System as well as the QuadDrive System and QuadStrike System. It debuted in western countries with the release of the Thunder Edge Battle Set.
Description
Hasbro's Twist-Q is a circular QS Disc with moderate Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) and Stamina. It has three large gaps that separate the center from the edge, which are intended to further increase OWD and Stamina. Due to its heavy weight and shape, Twist-Q can be used in Attack Combinations utilizing QuadDrive and QuadStrike Layers. While the circular design may imply Twist-Q should be used in Stamina Combinations, there are other QD Discs that are better suited for the role, such as Tapered-Q.
Overall
As such, Twist-Q is not recommended for the Burst Format.
Twist-Q is not legal in the WBO's Burst Classic Format.
