Cyclone or Tornado (トルネード, Torunēdo) is an Fusion Wheel released by Takara Tomy. It debuted in Japan with the release of the BB-94 Tornado Beystadium on October 23rd, 2010 and in western countries with the BB-94 Starter Pack Cyclone Herculeo 105F.
Description
Cyclone is a Fusion Wheel that features five small, jagged blades that slope upward. It possesses decent Smash Attack, and its blades can reach moderately high, being able to strike the underside of a 170-based opponent. It is more effective then Storm; however, it has been outclassed, and pales in comparison to Blitz, Variares, and Flash.
Due to the wings curving in, like Galaxy, at a height of 125 or higher, generally will have weak attack power to anyone with a shorter track than its own. The most optimized track for Cyclone, would be 105 or lower, but this Fusion wheel tends to be overshadowed by Vulcan and Spiral in Limited Format.
Overall
As such, this Fusion wheel is not a must have but instead a welcome addition to a competitive collection.
