Gaia Dragoon Around Hunter' (ガイアドラグーン・アラウンド・ハンターダッシュ, Gaia Doragūn Araundo Hantā Dasshu) is an Attack Type Beyblade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System. It was released in Japan on July 20th, 2019 for 1080円 as one of the prize Beyblades in Random Booster Vol. 16.

Energy Layer - Gaia Dragoon

Main article: Energy Layer - Gaia Dragoon

Takara Tomy's Gaia Dragoon is a Burst System adaptation of the Gaia Dragoon Bit Chip, Great Dragon Attack Ring that came with the Original Series' Spin Gear System Beyblade, Gaia Dragoon.

As such, it features an overall oval shape, with two large dragon heads. A non-removable metal "Bit Chip" is molded into the center of the Layer, and depicts the Gaia Dragoon Bit Beast. The movable Sub-Attack Ring is reproduced in the Layer.

Forge Disc - Around

Main article: Forge Disc - Around

Around is a circular, four-sided Forge Disc similar to Sting. It is rather wide, and consists of a metal core and plastic underside, with free-spinning metal balls at each of the four points. These metal balls are intended to roll along the stadium floor when the Forge Disc makes contact while the Beyblade is tilted. Around has excellent weight distribution, allowing it to be useful in many different Combinations, particularly Attack and Stamina Combinations. However, unlike Sting, the underside of Around can cause scraping at the end of a battle. Around is especially useful on Performance Tips such as Xtend+ and Bearing', accentuating the high opposite spin Stamina potential of these Performance Tips.

Performance Tip - Hunter'

Main article: Performance Tip - Hunter'

Hunter', like its predecessor Hunter, features a flat rubber tip with a circular depression in the center that sits at the standard height. Unlike its predecessor, Hunter' features a much thicker spring in its locking mechanism, increasing Hunter''s Burst Resistance and solves a weakness featured in its predecessor.

The surface area to friction ratio of Hunter' creates a moderately aggressive, easy to control movement pattern. In terms of speed, Hunter' is faster than Accel and Zephyr but slower than Xtreme, Hold and a worn Variable. Hunter''s speed allows for strong attacks and its high friction creates less chances of losing the Banking Pattern in battle which makes it an excellent choice for Attack Combinations.

However, Hunter' has three major weaknesses. First, the high friction of the rubber means that Hunter' has incredibly low Stamina, which when combined with the light weight of early Burst System Combinations compared to previous Systems means that there is less inertia, exacerbating the Stamina issue further. Secondly, Hunter' will wear down with use, decreasing its aggression with little to no improvement to the tip's Stamina, meaning that multiple copies much be purchased in order to replace worn ones. Finally, even when in mint condition, the small surface area means that Hunter' will settle to the center much more quickly than other rubber tipped Attack Drivers. However, Hunter' uses softer rubber than Hunter, increasing its aggression and when paired with parts with high Outward Weight Distribution (OWD), this weakness does not apply. While Hunter' features high Knock-Out Resistance when settled, higher than Defense or Bite, its Stamina is too low for it to be viable.
