Hasbro's Lore-H Disc features two wide protrusions and four smaller protrusions. Like all HyperSphere Discs, Lore-H is able to use a Disc Frame, like the Core Discs. Due to its light weight, there is no reason to use Lore-H over Core Discs, which are heavier and have superior weight distribution.
