Joker (ジョーカー, Jōkā) is a Gatinko Chip released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Gatinko Layer System. It debuted in Japan with the release of the B-142 Booster, Judgement Joker 00Turn Trick Zan, on May 25th, 2019. It later debuted in western countries with the release of Hasbro's Pro Series Starter Pack, Judgement Joker 0Glaive Ultimate Reboot Sen.

Joker is a right-spin Gatinko Chip that features two symmetrical heads of a joker, an entertainer from the European Middle Ages. Joker has a standard weight for Gatinko Chips and high Burst Resistance. Joker features a hard Lock that gives it high Burst Resistance, even when a Dash Driver is not used. When paired with the Goku Layer Weight, Joker is an excellent Gatinko Chip to use in right-spin Combinations.
Hasbro's Joker is virtually unchanged from Takara Tomy's Joker, but manufactured with weaker materials.
