Gingka Hagane & Masamune Kadoya vs. Chi-yun Li & Mei-Mei is a tag team match that takes place after Chi-yun openly challenges Gingka Hagane.
PrologueWhile strolling around the city, Madoka finds a note that tells Gingka to go to a famous local Chinese restaurant for a match with a mysterious challenger. Gingka along with Masamune head to the restaurant with the thought of food clouding the challenge. Once their they are welcomed by Chi-yun Li who reveals himself as the challenger and prepares to face Gingka. Masamune cuts in hoping to battle Chi-yun but Gingka fights with him, they are cut off by Chi-yun asking them for a tag match with his teammate Mei-Mei.
BattleThe battle starts off with Chi-yun and Mei-Mei's tag experience working in their favor by using formation to pin Pegasus and Striker against each other. Chi-yun and Mei-Mei retake their formation while Gingka and Masamune fight and refuse to work together making them easy prey for Chi-yun and Mei-Mei's attack formation that easily overwhelms Gingka's Pegasus.
After Gingka is pushed back,Masamune works to defeat one of them by himself and charges straight in, Chi-yun easily counters by using his WA130 and easily deflects him into a recovering Pegasus. Pegasus and Striker continue to attack but are continuously pinned against each other, Chi-yun tells them that they need to step up their game if they are going to propose a challenge at the world championships that they are oblivious too.
Gingka and Masamune then try to work together to no avail as they are still slamming into each other during the battle. Chi-yun and Mei-Mei looks to capitalize and attacks using their previous formation but Gingka and Masamune work in sync in order to evade Chi-yun's attack and slam into stationary Aquario sending it flying. They then capitalize and go after Chi-yun's Lacerta, but Lacerta is able to match their strength and cancel out the attack. Even though Chi-yun was able to counter, Aquario that was sent flying comes back down without spin giving Gingka and Masamune take the win.
