Gravity Perseus 00Bump Yielding (グラビティペルセウス・ダブルオーバンプ・イールディング, Gurabiti Peruseusu Daburuō Banpu Īrudingu) is a TBA Type Beyblade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System. It was released in Japan on December 30th, 2020 for 8250円 as a part of the Metal Fight Beyblade 2020 Baku Set.

Energy Layer - Gravity Perseus

Main article: Energy Layer - Gravity Perseus

Takara Tomy's Gravity Perseus is a dual-spin Layer that adapts the Perseus Face, Perseus Clear Wheel, and Gravity Metal Wheel of the Metal Series' Hybrid Wheel System for the Burst System. As such it resembles the general shape of these parts, with three helmet-like protrusions. The Energy Layer can be separated into two parts, a "Clear Wheel" and "Metal Wheel", similar to its original Hybrid Wheel System version. Like the original version, the Gravity Perseus Layer has the mode change gimmick of the original parts; it can switch between "Counter Mode" and "Defense Mode" by changing the position of the Clear Wheel on the Metal Wheel. Depending on the mode, the Clear Wheel covers the "eyes" of the Metal Wheel.

Compared to the original parts, the Gravity Perseus Energy Layer is noticeably wider - the "Metal Wheel" portion of the Layer is made of plastic, with metal lining the circumference. Gravity Perseus has average Burst Resistance, so using a Dash Driver is recommended.

Forge Disc - 00

Main article: Forge Disc - 00

00 is a symmetrical, elliptical disc that can facilitate a Disc Frame. 00 is the heaviest Core Disc, outclassing 0 by 1 gram, and has an ideal weight distribution for all Combinations. Its high Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) grants it not only the highest Stamina potential out of all other Core Discs, but its weight grants it high Attack and Defense potential. With the use of Disc Frames, 00 can be used to great effect in any Combination. While the weight can increase the risk of Bursts, the weight of most Layers released in the SwitchStrike/God Layer Systems and onward can compensate.

Disc Frame - Bump

Main article: Disc Frame - Bump

Bump is a round Disc Frame with numerous protrusions to give it a rough perimeter. While too small to come into contact with the opponent's Layer, Bump is one of the thickest and thus heaviest Frames in the game, heavier than Meteor, which grants high Attack potential when paired with Core Discs such as 7. While the round shape may imply high Life-After-Death, the rough perimeter makes it outclassed for Defense and Stamina by Glaive and Cross.

Performance Tip - Yielding

Main article: Performance Tip - Yielding

Yielding features a cone shaped tip made of PolyOxyMethylene (POM) thermoplastic rather than traditional plastic. Yielding's gimmick is that the POM plastic has less friction against the stadium floor than traditional plastic, increasing a Combination's Stamina. Embossed into the top of the Performance Tip is a stylized 'Y' for easy identification.

Due to the lowered friction, Yielding yields high amounts of Stamina and procession time, however this low friction also brings lowered Knock-Out Resistance and Stability. The Stability issue is further exacerbated by the angle of the cone; unlike Metal Fight Beyblade's Defense Tip, the angle of Yielding is more acute, akin to Big Wide Defense, causing an increase in the risk of floor scrapes. It is possible to improve the Stability somewhat by wearing down the tip, however the low friction means that this takes time.

The advantage Yielding has over other Performance Tips such as Revolve and Defense is greater Burst Resistance as the low friction means that there is less force to be taken by the teeth of a Layer.
