Guilty Spriggan Outer Never-2 (ギルティスプリガン・アウター・ネバー-2, Giruti Supurigan Autā Nebā-2) is a Stamina Type Beyblade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Dynamite Battle Layer System. It was released on Japan on December 29th, 2021 for 1232円 as one of seven possible Beyblades in Random Booster Vol. 27.

DB Core - Spriggan

Main article: DB Core - Spriggan 1

Takara Tomy's Spriggan 1 (or simply Spriggan) is a dual-spin DB Core that features the DB Core's namesake, a spriggan, a creature from Cornish folklore. It is the first of two Spriggan DB Cores, and has average Burst Resistance. Spriggan 1 is generally outclassed by other dual-spin DB Cores, such as Achilles, which has greater Stamina. As a dual-spin DB Core, its spin direction can be switched between right-spin and left-spin with an included tool.

Blade - Guilty

Main article: Blade - Guilty (Takara Tomy)

Takara Tomy's Guilty is a left-spin Attack Type Blade with two small blades and two large blades, and is almost identical in shape to its predecessor, the Zwei Base, albeit larger. The aggressive shape of Guilty's blades produce excellent Smash Attack, and are sloped upwards to produce Upper Attack. Guilty has the most powerful Smash Attack in the game, due to a combination of its aggressive design, wide shape, and excellent Outward Weight Distribution (OWD).

Guilty features six of the signature metal dragon heads of the Longinus line of Layers: four are located on the top of the large blades, with two on the underside. The six metal dragon heads results in a very heavy weight; Guilty is the heaviest Blade in the Dynamite Battle Layer System, at 17 grams. The heavy weight of Guilty creates high inertia which increases the Layer's Knockout (KO) and Burst Attack potential.

The heavy weight of Guilty requires Attack Type Drivers with rubber flat tips, which have higher speeds than plastic-tipped Drivers. Furthermore, as a result of its aggressive design, Guilty also has significant recoil. As such, Drivers such as Xtreme' and Quick' are recommended, as they have controllable movement patterns that help control Guilty's recoil. However, in wide stadiums such as the Beystadium DB Standard Type, traditional Attack Type Drivers are weaker as the chance of knocking out opponents is reduced. Thus, Drivers with high Stamina and Life-After-Death (LAD), such as Metal Universe and Zone'+Z, are recommended.

As a result of its high performance, Guilty has remained a staple of the meta since its release, and is the strongest left-spin Attack Type Layer in the game.

Armor - 2

Main article: Armor - 2

Takara Tomy's 2 is an Armor with two pointed ends opposite to each other. The two-sided shape has an even weight distribution at two opposite points to increase Attack.

Forge Disc - Outer

Main article: Forge Disc - Outer

Outer features a wide, almost perfectly circular shape with large gaps separating the center from the edge, these gaps are meant to increase Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) to increase Stamina while the circular perimeter increases Life-After-Death. Outer boasts the highest Stamina and Life-After-Death in the game, outclassing 2/4/5/7 Cross/Glaive Core Disc and Disc Frame Combinations while not presenting the same Burst risk as the aforementioned Core Discs and Disc Frames or similar Forge Discs such as Ring due to its weight.

Performance Tip - Never

Main article: Performance Tip - Never
A Stamina Type Driver with very low friction spin rotation, due to a free spinning sharp tip and the smooth support provided by the polyoxymethylene (POM) plastic surrounding it.
— Official Description

<onlyinclude>Never is a Stamina Type Driver that features a free-spinning cone sharp tip, surrounded by a polyoxymethylene (POM) plastic ring. The POM plastic reduces friction between the Stadium floor and the sharp tip creates low friction with the Stadium floor. Never performs best against Same-Spin opponents.
